Case report – Chronic intra-orbital foreign body

Intraocular or orbital foreign bodies when small due to trivial trauma often go unnoticed missed during examination especially a wooden body. They can present as non-healing wounds and discharging fistulas with signs of chronic inflammation, cellulitis, body granuloma ocular complications such corneal scars, traumatic cataract, hyphema, glaucoma, retinal tear detachment. This case report highlights the importance detailed history taking proper diagnosis which plays an important role in management cases.
